Return Eligibility
- You may return hair products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling products.
Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified via email of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
- We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges in cases of defective products.

I ORDERED MY ART, NOW WHAT?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to process. Artwork is produced, packaged and shipped when processing is complete. Once completed, tracking numbers arrive via email attached to specific order numbers and will arrive 7-15 business days. we ask for your patience as we may encounter some unexpected shipping delays.
I PLACED MY ORDER LAST WEEK, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We do our best to get the artwork out as soon as possible. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed. Holidays and surplus of orders may have an effect on shipping time. If your tracking number and package says DELIVERED and has been sent to wrong address, please email
